Jens Moesker, Regional Vice President and General Manager, Fairmont Pacific Rim, is a veteran hotelier with more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Before landing in Canada, Moesker spent time in Europe, the Middle East, USA, and across Asia in Food & Beverage management before taking on the role of general manager. He brings his immense experience in luxury hotels and passion for food and beverage operations to every aspect of his role at the hotel and in the region.
Adam Laker
GM, Fairmont Hotel Vancouver

Currently the General Manager for the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver known as the Castle in the City for the past four years. Prior to this role, he was the Area General Manager for the Philippines with Accor as well as being the General Manager at the Sofitel Manila for just over five years.
He returned to Accor as General Manager of the Sofitel Fiji Resort spending three years in Fiji after two years away as General Manager of the JW Marriott in Khao Lak in Thailand. Additionally, he was General Manager at the Sofitel Reef Casino in Cairns Australia and the Director of Operations at the Sofitel Gold Coast.
Scott Riley

Scott Riley is a Whistler local for more than 20 plus years and has been leading the team to RBC locally for 16 years. He has worked in banking across Western Canada for nearly 30 years in many areas such as Private Banking, Commercial and also Retail Banking.
Scott has been involved as an active participant of the Golf Tournament for nearly all of the past events and was added as a Partners in Tourism board member in 2021.
Scott has been an active participant in the Whistler Community has volunteered his time by coaching high school basketball for numerous years. Scott and his wife have two university aged boys and feel extremely lucky to be located in an area that has so much to offer.
Ken Hall
GM, Fairmont Château Whistler
Ken is a seasoned luxury hotelier with over 30 years of experience, spanning four countries, including Canada, Japan, Bermuda and the United States.
Ken began his career with Fairmont in Food and Beverage and has held progressive management roles at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, Fairmont Royal York, Fairmont Tremblant, Fairmont Southampton, Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park, Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth, Fairmont Le Château Frontenac and his most recent role as General Manager of Fairmont Château Whistler.
Ken has been an active member of numerous Industry Boards including Vice-Chair of Tourism Jasper, Destination Quebec City, President of the Quebec Marketing Council, Quebec City Strategic Conference Board, The ALHA and The Quebec Region Hotel Association. Ken is currently a member of the Whistler Hotel Association Board and Tourism Whistler.
Lesliann Kuhn
Director of Sales & Marketing, Fairmont Vancouver Airport
Lesliann joined Canadian Pacific Hotels and Resorts in 1990, at what is now The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, and has spent the last three decades with Fairmont Hotels and Resorts in various roles. In 1999, Lesliann became part of the very successful opening team of Fairmont Vancouver Airport as Senior Sales Manager. She currently serves as the Director of Sales & Marketing at Fairmont Vancouver Airport.
David Tikkanen
Program Head, BCIT – Tourism Management
David has over 35 years of tourism and hospitality experience including senior sales roles at properties including the Westin Bayshore, Fairmont Waterfront, and Metropolitan Hotel.
David is the former Conference Sales Manager for Tourism Whistler and ran his own destination marketing company, Entrée Canada, which served incentive clients from global luxury brands.
Jill Killeen
Killeen Communication Strategies
Jill Killeen is a known name in communications, public relations, and philanthropy. Her career started in radio and transitioned to public relations in the hotel industry, working with notable brands that included Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts and Holiday Inn Asia-Pacific. In 2010, she created Killeen Communications Strategies, providing a wide range of communication and special event services for luxury hospitality, development, and charitable organizations. Jill was a founding member of Partners in Tourism (formerly TIP) and has been a “new” golfer for decades.

James Terry is a true tourism professional with 50 years experience in Tourism and Hospitality. James was COO of the award-winning Canadian rail tour company, Rocky Mountaineer for 16 years, where he led worldwide operations through significant and rapid growth. He currently runs a successful hospitality consultancy, with emphasis on Corporate Strategy and Customer Experience.
James has sat on the board for the Vancouver Playhouse and Tourism Industry Association of Canada (TIAC). James is Past Chair for Tourism Vancouver and today, is the Founder and Chair of Partners in Tourism (formerly Tourism Industry Partners).
Peggie Terry
Administrative Support
Peggie Terry was the publisher of Where magazine, a position she held from 1989 – 2019. Peggie and her husband James, have ‘retired’ to Qualicum Beach on Vancouver Island. She has traded in her suits for shorts and high-heels for flip flops!
Currently, she is the Volunteer Executive Director of the Vancouver Tourism Awards Program, a non-profit service recognition program recognizing front line service individuals in tourism and hospitality. She has held board positions with Destination Vancouver, Science World and most recently with TOSH (The Old School House Gallery) in Qualicum Beach. Peggie has been a volunteer board member with TIP since 2010. She enjoys golf, shooting high scores all too often. Fore The Love of Golf!
